IE Developer Toolbar

I have lamented for along time that IE doesn’t have a web developer toolbar like firefox does. But today I came across this link Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar released 9/16/05

Update: Below is a screenshot. And I have also found that the toolbar works fine on IE6 on windows 2000 even though microsoft’s site lists windows XP as a requirement.
